Refund & Returns Policy
You have up to 7 business days after receiving your online order to submit a return request. Our in-house team will assess your request based on return eligibility. Worn pieces are ineligible for return or exchange. Any piece with slight damage is ineligible for return or exchange. Custom or personalized orders, including engravings, cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns must meet our quality standards before approval. Personalized jewelry cannot be refunded or exchanged; engraving requests can be made after purchase.

2.Include your order number (found in your order confirmation email or in “Your Orders”) and the reason for your return.

Refund Processing
Return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your order. Once your item is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and review. After approval, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds are issued 2–3 days after verification of the returned jewelry. Any damaged piece cannot be refunded.
